1. Terms of Acceptance

Friction + Flow is a mobile-local utility that operates strictly on the user's local device hardware without centralized network sign-in requirements. By running the software, you represent that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement with SYSTEMORES.

2. Scope of Software License

SYSTEMORES grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute the compiled binary version of the application strictly for your personal, non-commercial self-auditing purposes, subject to the following strict usage limitations:

• No Reverse Engineering: You shall not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decode, attempt to extract source code, modify, or create derivative works of the application binary or its constituent assets.
• No Redelivery: You shall not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, host, or sublicense the application to third parties.
• No Unlawful Use: You agree not to bypass sandboxed device security barriers, spoof localized sensor values, or utilize automated scripts to manipulate database logs.

3. User Data Sovereignty & SQLite Disclaimers

Friction + Flow operates strictly as a device-local client utilizing expo-sqlite technology.

Your Data is Yours Alone: All behavior logs, category counters, haptic preferences, and latitude/longitude coordinates are stored in the local file frictionless.db inside the sandboxed documents space of your physical device.

Absolute Disclaimer of Data Recovery: Because SYSTEMORES operates zero server-side storage infrastructure or central database relays:

• SYSTEMORES does not back up, mirror, sync, or possess any access to your behavioral tracking data.
• If you lose, break, factory-reset, or delete the application from your physical hardware, the local SQLite database file will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
• SYSTEMORES is entirely insulated from, and holds zero liability for, any loss of data, database corruption, or tracking history wipes.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patent rights, custom software designs, graphics, structural CSS/JS animations, database table schemas, and the specific tricolor logging interface (Friction, Noise, Flow) remain the sole and exclusive property of SYSTEMORES and its integration partners (Scan Signals).

The brand names "Friction + Flow" and "SYSTEMORES," along with the institutional tuning fork vector logo symbol, are proprietary indicators of commercial identity. No rights or licenses are granted to you under this agreement to use our trademarks without prior written consent from SYSTEMORES.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

THE SOFTWARE UTILITY IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Performance Diagnostics Disclaimer: Friction + Flow is a diagnostic self-measurement utility designed for personal behavioral mapping.

SYSTEMORES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL OPERATE CONTINUOUSLY OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT TRACKING METRICS GUARANTEE SPECIFIC ORGANIZATIONAL PRODUCTIVITY OR FOCUS MILESTONES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SYSTEMORES, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST BUSINESS PROFITS, DATA WIPES, HARDWARE LOSSES, CONTEXT Bottlenecks, OR OTHER PRODUCTIVITY OVERHEAD) HOWEVER CAUSED, ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE COMPUTED APPLICATION.

6. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SYSTEMORES' corporate headquarters are located, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect. SYSTEMORES reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates marked by the modified revision date at the top of this document.
